Thank you for your support, and welcome to the Building Block Set Support Page.
Here, we will collect Frequently Asked Questions and support information about your Heroic Replicas LTD Building Block Sets.
General Notes:
- The instructions are designed that you'll open each bag in sequence
- Each bag is printed with a product serial and bag number (Eg. SZ103-1 to SZ103-11)
- Small parts are easy to lose track of. Try employing a bowl or tray.
- We have included some duplicate / spare parts in each bag:
- Small parts (about 1 x 1 in size)
- Transparent parts (up to 2 x 2 in size)
- If a small component is misplaced or missing, check if an earlier spare part will work as a substitution
- Slight color and dimensional variance between part types (bricks and plates) is typical
- To separate bricks, we recommend a brick separator, or plastic spudger
Factory Cart notes:
Downloadable instruction PDF is here.
- Step 8 shows the initial chassis build
- Missing from the v1 version of the manual is an instruction to now test the RC function, before continuing. We recommend that you now test the RC function, before continuing.
- Step 62 shows the long yellow caution bar
- Don't forget, also, to install the 1x1 small plate.
- Step 75 show the installation of the seat
- The seat pin connects into the center pin hole. You may need to adjust the lower half to sit on the body below, so the seat doesn't lean steeply forward. To access the USB charging port and power button, simply lift the seat.
- Step 102 shows the door window tie-rod
- Don't forget to add the 1x1 round studs (with hole) to both ends. You may need to adjust the depth of the ends of the tie-rod to best fit as shown in the assembly.
- Step 141 shows the installation of the front FICSIT license plate
- In case of emergency, feel free to shift this tile one pip to the right.
- Step 172 show the top of the blue pipe assembly
- Note that two black 2x2 plates are used here.
- Step 180 and 181 shows how short axles connect the blue small elbows
- You may need to adjust the depth and orientation of these to find an optimal balance of fit and grip between parts.
- Fully recessed parts will reduce the grip necessary to keep this sub-assembly together.
