Shipping policy

For orders with items in stock, we aim to ship within 4 days, and no more than 14 days after purchase. Items marked as "[PRE-ORDER]" ship as first-come first-serve basis when the items are in stock and accounted for. Replicas have a longer lead time, often measured in months. Replicas ship separate from other store items. Non-replica portions of orders ship when all items can be shipped at the same time. We do not split orders, and we (obviously) cannot ship orders if inventory is not on hand.

Shipping rates are based on volumetric weight and location, and are calculated on checkout. Items ship from USA, Canada, and Ireland, and service their own regions.

Some items and orders shipped to the EU, Canada, and USA may be charged VAT and taxes at checkout, and all other shipments may be subject to other duties, brokerage, and import fees at time of delivery.
